1. All copyrights to EMSlideShow are exclusively owned by the author – emcomponents.net 2. This license issued for EMSlideShow is: A single site USAGE license. The purchaser of this license can use EMSlideShow on a single site / domain. For usage on more than one site user must buy additional licenses or buy a multi-site usage license. Once purchased, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use EMSlideShow as defined by these licensing terms, for any legal purpose. 3. To be able to receive EMSlideShow you must send a fee to the author, see EMSlideShow details page. 4. EMSLIDESHOW IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SCRIPT. 5.
