1. All copyrights to EMSlideShow are exclusively owned by the author – emcomponents.net 2. This license issued for EMSlideShow is: A single site USAGE license. The purchaser of this license can use EMSlideShow on a single site / domain. For usage on more than one site user must buy additional licenses or buy a multi-site usage license. Once purchased, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use EMSlideShow as defined by these licensing terms, for any legal purpose. 3. To be able to receive EMSlideShow you must send a fee to the author, see EMSlideShow details page. 4. EMSLIDESHOW IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SCRIPT. 5. EMSlideShow it's GPL product. You are allowed to make changes and modifications in the EMSlideShow to suit your needs. It is not permitted to change or remove the copyright information in source code. This includes the xml descriptor file and all php, javascript, html and css files distributed with our products except 3rd party libraries. However, you are not allowed to resale or redistribute these changes and modifications as GPL or other licenses. 6. There are NO additional license fees, apart from the cost of purchase, associated with the creation and use of EMSlideShow package. Legally registered owners may use their copies of EMSlideShow to produce their own sites and to publish those free of any additional EMSlideShow royalties. 7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, or transfer the licensed script, or any subset of the licensed script, except as provided for in this agreement. You may not distribute licensed script, or any part of the licensed script. You may not reverse engineer the script in order to gain access to it's source code. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. 8. Installing and using EMSlideShow signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. 9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license do not purchase the product.
